Carolina joined The Growing Company in January 2010. She provides administrative assistance to the office staff and is the primary communications contact between current clients and all company area supervisors. She is responsible for the majority of all service requests and is responsible for ensuring that the customer service department runs smoothly and all maintenance accounts are satisfied.
Dionisio Corona
Production and Enhancement Manager
Dionisio currently oversees all renovation, annual color change projects, and water conservation management. Prior to his promotion, Dionisio served as the Operations Manager where he oversaw the Area Supervisors and was responsible for all division training and equipment. He is also a Certified Landscape Technician, Water Auditor, and Pesticide Applicator and is our irrigation systems expert.
Gerardo Martinez
Maintenance Manager
Gerardo oversees all Area Supervisors and is responsible for all maintenance accounts and serves as the quality control contact for all current clients. Prior to his promotion, Gerardo served as the Area Supervisor for Downtown Sacramento, Arden, South Sacramento, and Elk Grove. Gerardo has completed extensive training in the Integrated Pest Management Program at the University of California, Davis. »
Our landscape management team personally oversees the maintenance of each property. First, we work with you to establish long- and short-term goals for your landscape. Then, we develop a budget and create a custom landscape maintenance program. We visit your property every week, fine-tuning your program to ensure that your landscape meets our standards and, most importantly, yours.
