A member of The Growing Company team since 1992, Carlos supervises the maintenance crews for West Sacramento, Davis, Woodland, Vacaville and Fairfield. Carlos is also a Certified Landscape Technician, a Certified Maintenance Landscape Technician and Certified Pesticide Applicator.
Arturo Perez
Area Supervisor
A Certified Landscape Technician, Arturo leads our maintenance crews in Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln and Auburn. From 1998 to 2007, Arturo supervised our construction and renovation division. Arturo is also a Certified Maintenance Landscape Technician and Certified Pesticide Applicator.

Modesto joined The Growing Company in 2003. An expert in irrigation systems, Modesto supervises The Growing Company crews in Fair Oaks, Rancho Cordova and Folsom. Modesto is also a Certified Maintenance Landscape Technician and Certified Pesticide Applicator. »
Our landscape management team personally oversees the maintenance of each property. First, we work with you to establish long- and short-term goals for your landscape. Then, we develop a budget and create a custom landscape maintenance program. We visit your property every week, fine-tuning your program to ensure that your landscape meets our standards and, most importantly, yours.
